Leadership Coaching Fees

  • As always, the initial exploratory phone call or meeting is free.  These usually last 20-30 minutes.

  • If a 360 feedback process is needed, a price is set depending on how extensive the process will be.

  • An Orientation Meeting is $200.  The orientation (pre-coaching) meeting will enable both of us to check for compatibility and to align our expectations and shared understanding of the coaching process.

  • Fee for 6 sessions of coaching is $2400.
